This catalogue of free digital learning initiatives has been finalized as of January 2019. The project’s team will continue to receive requests for new initiatives, however the catalogue will be updated once a year until the end of December 2019. The catalogue is open and freely accessible to all interested parties. Submit an initiative that fits the purpose of the project to be considered for the catalogue.

Open Learning Exchange (OLE) is building a Syrian Education Library Network (SELN), an online repository of open education resources appropriate for Syrian adolescents and young adults. An international consortium of organizations that provide learning opportunities for young Syrians will contribute resources and benefit from the initiative, although the repository will be publicly available to all under a Creative Commons license. The SELN will serve as a centralized repository of free learning resources shared by organizations around the world. The pilot program will begin in Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey and Bulgaria.
